Scope of this notice
This Privacy Policy covers how we process personal data on the Glacias AI website. Two related notices cover specific situations in more detail:
- Cookie Policy — what cookies and similar technologies we set, in which categories, and how to change your choice.
- Contact Privacy — how we process the data you share when you reach out to us by email or contact form.
Data we process
When you visit this site we collect technical access data (IP address, user agent, timestamps, referrer) on our servers for security and operations. Cookies and similar technologies are governed by our Cookie Policy. Email correspondence is governed by our Contact Privacy notice.
Advertising data
Our advertising operations rely on aggregated and pseudonymous identifiers obtained through TCF 2.3 compatible consent flows on our partner inventory. We do not sell personal data. We do not combine identifiers across legal bases without an explicit purpose and consent.
Legal basis
Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) for advertising and tracking activities, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contractual communication, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for technical operations and security.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@glacias.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Berlin Data Protection Authority (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
Retention
Server logs are retained for a maximum of 14 days. Email correspondence is retained as long as required for the underlying business purpose and statutory obligations.
Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect product or legal changes. The effective version is always the one published on this page.
